Bitewize is an AI-powered learning platform that generates personalized educational courses, flashcards, and quizzes. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. Courses and content you create are your property, though we reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve our Service.

By default, courses you create are publicly accessible to help other learners. You can control visibility settings in your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Bitewize and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms
